Contrary to popular belief, coordinating the big day doesn’t begin the day before the wedding. To ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, I start working with you four months before the big day.
This time is invaluable: it allows me to get to know your world, familiarise myself with your choices (venue, suppliers, atmosphere, etc.) and advise you if necessary.
During these months of follow-up:
-We’ll take stock together of how your preparations are progressing,
-We will confirm your schedule for the big day,
-We will get in touch with your service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly when the time comes.

- Coordination of service providers: arrival, set-up, handling of unforeseen issues. Adherence to the schedule: from the start of the day right through to the first dance, everything is orchestrated with precision.
- Setting up the decorations (if this is entrusted to friends and family or is a semi-DIY project) in accordance with your specifications.
-Welcoming and guiding guests, so that everyone feels welcome and well looked after.
- Handling unforeseen events with the utmost discretion, without you even realising it.
